Welche Compliance-Standards setzen Sie um?

Wir arbeiten entlang etablierter Standards wie IDW PS 980, ISO 37301 und dem COSO-Framework. Ergänzend berücksichtigen wir branchenspezifische Anforderungen wie DSGVO, HinSchG und den EU AI Act – orientiert an den Empfehlungen des Berufsverbands DICO.

Was ist das Empower CRA Tool?

Das Empower CRA Tool ist eine webbasierte Plattform zur strukturierten Klassifizierung und Risikobewertung von KI-Systemen nach EU AI Act. Es führt durch Screening, CO-Triage und Klassifizierung und liefert eine revisionssichere Dokumentation der Risikoeinstufung.

Welche Risikostufen klassifiziert der EU AI Act?

Der EU AI Act unterscheidet vier Risikostufen: verbotene Praktiken, Hochrisiko-Systeme, Systeme mit begrenztem Risiko (Transparenzpflichten) und minimales Risiko. Je nach Einstufung gelten unterschiedliche Anforderungen an Risikomanagement, technische Dokumentation, Transparenz und menschliche Aufsicht.

An welchen Standorten ist EMPOWER vertreten?

EMPOWER ist an zwei Standorten in Deutschland vertreten: in Düsseldorf (Berliner Allee 51-53) und in Berlin (Dickhardtstraße 2). Unsere Mandate betreuen wir bundesweit und remote.

Wo werden die Daten des CRA Tools gehostet?

Das Empower CRA Tool wird ausschließlich in der Europäischen Union gehostet und ist auf DSGVO-Konformität ausgelegt. Daten und Dokumentationen verbleiben unter europäischer Rechtshoheit und sind mandantenbezogen getrennt.

1. Controller

Joint controllers for data processing are Christian Parsow (WP|StB, Berliner Allee 51-53, 40212 Düsseldorf, info@parsow.de) and Dr. Henny Lena Holzhauser (Dickhardtstraße 2, 12159 Berlin, lena.holzhauser@hlh-consulting.com).

2. Hosting

This website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

3. Server log files

When accessing the website, technical data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) is stored in log files for a maximum of 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in IT security).

4. Contact form

When using the contact form, the submitted data (first and last name, company, email address, message) is processed to handle your enquiry. Dispatch is handled by the email service provider Resend (Resend Inc., USA — standard contractual clauses pursuant to GDPR). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

5. Analytics

If enabled, we use Plausible Analytics — a cookie- and tracking-free service that does not collect personal data and is permissible without consent under the German TTDSG.

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, please contact the addresses listed above.
